Put the meeting in every attendee's pocket.
Schedules, activities, attendees, venue information, messages, notes, reservations, and saved events gave members one reliable place to navigate the annual meeting.
Operations · Events · Member commerce
Carecraft needed technology that could support members in two very different moments: navigating a live annual meeting and managing wholesale purchasing throughout the year. I built the cross-platform experiences that connected both.

The product challenge
At the annual meeting, members need schedules, people, messages, vendor appointments, and check-in tools immediately. Back at work, they need product discovery, pricing, ordering, account information, and order status. The challenge was not simply to digitize those tasks; it was to make each one feel natural in context.
Schedules, activities, attendees, venue information, messages, notes, reservations, and saved events gave members one reliable place to navigate the annual meeting.
QR scanning, badge check-in, attendee counts, vendor tabletops, member notes, and notifications supported the staff workflows happening in real time.
The mobile and web portal brought vendor and product search, pricing, program details, carts, orders, account summaries, deposits, and member credentials into one connected experience.
My contribution
I built Carecraft's cross-platform annual-meeting app and expanded its member experience into mobile and web ordering. That meant designing for attendees on the move, staff running live operations, and members managing everyday purchasing.
The product in practice
The best workflow disappears into the job: the right information, the right action, and no unnecessary friction between the two.

What this experience brings to your project
I help operational teams turn scattered tasks into a coherent system—so the software supports the work instead of becoming another thing to manage.
