Healthcare · Remote patient monitoring

Connected care, made easier.

MedRPM brought Bluetooth health devices, real-time readings, provider alerts, secure communication, and telehealth into one cross-platform experience—so patients could stay connected to care from home.

The product challenge

Turn a stream of health data into a clear next action.

Remote monitoring only works when patients can capture readings confidently and providers can recognize what needs attention quickly. The product had to coordinate devices, data, communication, and care workflows without making any of that complexity feel like the patient's problem.

01Patient experience

Make connected readings feel routine.

Patients could use supported Bluetooth devices, capture vital signs in real time, review their health picture, receive reminders, and communicate with their care team from the same app.

02Provider experience

Bring the signal forward.

Provider dashboards organized incoming readings and surfaced patient status so teams could focus attention where it was needed instead of hunting through disconnected data.

03Communication

Keep care connected between readings.

Secure messaging, text chat, video visits, and reminders helped turn a measurement tool into an ongoing connection between patients and providers.

My contribution

Six years shaping the mobile experience behind connected care.

I worked with the MedRPM startup for approximately six years, developing the cross-platform application experience across device capture, patient and provider workflows, communication, alerts, and real-time data.

What this experience brings to your project

Building a product where devices, data, and people all have to work together?

This is the kind of complexity I enjoy: integrations behind the scenes, clarity on the screen, and an experience that helps people act with confidence.
